On the Pakistani Border
Anthony Harper ’12 (second from left) and Kyle Herman ’11 speak with a Pakistani man after observing a flag-lowering ceremony along the Wagah Border with India. The OWU students said they felt very welcome in Pakistan, where they spent two weeks over the summer researching opinions on U.S. military intervention in Afghanistan. Sean-Paul Mauro ’11 and Usman Javaid ’10 also participated in the Theory-to-Practice grant-funded project.

A Successful ‘Flop’
Ohio Wesleyan’s Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity and Horizons International chapter raised more than $2,400 during their November 3 ‘Belly Flop for Pakistan’ held in the new Meek Aquatics and Recreation Center. The funds will be used to help people left homeless following summer floods.
