From May until August, Connect2 OWU will be published monthly. Look for the next edition on June 25. We’ll return to our regular weekly schedule in late summer, when we’ll be preparing to welcome new students, inaugurate Ohio Wesleyan’s 16th president, and kick off an exciting academic year. Have a wonderful summer!

| When OWU sophomore Chris Gong took this photograph, she was at the “Dark Forest.”—the Vietnam War Memorial Wall in Washington, D.C., during her summer OWU mission trip, “Crossroads of the Powerful and the Powerless.” As Chris explains, “during a typical day, we used half of the time to volunteer at D.C.’s largest homeless shelter, C.C.N.V. We talked to homeless people, and spent time visiting places of ‘power,’ such as the Supreme Court, the Senate, embassies, and the Federal Reserve.” |
