Elliott Hall, Ohio Wesleyan’s original building and Ohio’s oldest collegiate Greek Revival building, dates back to 1833 when it was the Mansion House Hotel. A symbol of the collaborative efforts taken to found OWU, Elliott Hall today houses the politics and government, sociology/anthropology, and history departments as well as classrooms and administrative offices and OWU’s Arneson Institute for Practical Politics and Public Affairs. Enjoy the rest of our campus buildings by visiting our OWU Campus Photo Gallery.
